This water-in-oil emulsion provides a water-repelling membrane, with dimethicone and vegetable oils for added barrier protection to help smooth the skin. Containing 20% zinc oxide, the zinc helps reduce redness.
The ointment also contains an anti-inflammatory ingredient allantoin, and glycerine, helping keep the moisture locked into the skin. The mildness and softness of this cream makes it suitable for a large variety of skin types, including infants.
