Our employee recognition scheme celebrates our colleagues' passion and commitment by living our Company Values daily.
How it works
When you notice any colleague's great work, simply complete a Recognition Card.
You can recognise anything a colleague does that is in line with our Company Values. Decide which Value you think the colleague has demonstrated, and write as much detail as possible.
The scheme runs every month:
- At the end of each month, a winner for each Value will be chosen
- An overall "Customer Champion" will be selected from the winners in each Value category
- The winners will each receive a badge, and the overall "Customer Champion" will win a £100 Voucher
