  • How does it work?

    Enter your email address and the email address of the friend you’d like to refer, then share your unique referral link with them via email, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger or direct link.

    Provided your friend has never shopped with us before, they’ll be given a unique discount code when they shop via your referral link, which will be applied at checkout and give £10 off their first order.

    Once your friend has made their first purchase, you will be emailed a discount code that you can use at checkout to activate your £10 reward.

    If you no longer have the email with the discount code you can also copy the code from My account > Refer-a-friend

  • I've bought from you before, can I still get a refer a friend discount?

    If one of your friends has sent you a link or has referred you to us and you've purchased from us before, you won't be eligible for the Refer a Friend discount as the initial discount is only available for new customers. However, you can still refer your friends and once they've made a purchase, you'll be given a discount code to use on your next order.

  • My discount code doesn't work - what do I do now?

    If you've been issued a discount code and it hasn't worked, first check the Refer a Friend section of your account to ensure you're using the correct discount code and not one that has already been used or expired. If you're still having a problem applying your discount, you can contact Customer Services who will be more than happy to help.

  • Is there an expiration on my code?

    Discount codes are valid for a full year after they are first issued. Your available discount codes will be listed in the Refer a Friend section of your account.

  • How many times can I refer someone?

    You can refer as many friends as you like! Once your friend has made a purchase, your new discount code will be issued and will be available in the Refer a Friend section of your account.

  • Can I stack my discounts?

    No, only one discount code can be applied per transaction.

  • If I have a subscription and I have referred someone how will I be able to claim my referal discount?

    If you have refered a friend and you have a referal discount the discount will automatically be applied to your next subscription order.
